1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of tk995 is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk995 conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process and strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• You must be registering solely on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of any third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update that information promptly whenever it changes.
• You must not be a current or former employee of tk995 or any affiliated company, or an immediate family member of such an employee.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To use tk995 you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. tk995 reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, before a first withdrawal, or at any point deemed necessary by its compliance team.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. tk995 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable precautions were not taken by the player.
• Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified for the same person, all accounts may be closed, winnings voided, and balances forfeited without prior notice.
• tk995 may decline to approve a registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• KYC documents requested by tk995 must be submitted within the time period specified in the request. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• You must notify tk995 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Players across Bangladesh — whether in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur, or Mymensingh — are subject to the same account verification standards. There is no tiered or preferential KYC process based on geographic location within Bangladesh.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

tk995 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial activity on the platform.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. tk995 reserves the right to apply transaction limits on individual accounts in accordance with its risk and compliance policies.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement applicable to all accounts.
• tk995 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket etc.) or bank may apply their own independent transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. tk995 may delay processing pending satisfactory completion of identity checks where required.
• Funds deposited into a tk995 account that are reasonably suspected to be proceeds of illegal activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities. tk995 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering.

Deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only. tk995 does not pay interest on account balances. Funds inactive for twelve (12) continuous months without login or transaction activity may be classified as dormant. An administrative maintenance fee of ৳50 per month may then be applied to the dormant balance after written notice to the player's registered email address.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

tk995 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer together with the general bonus terms in this section. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general terms, the specific bonus terms prevail.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable rollover is stated in each offer's terms. Requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories or betting markets specified in the offer. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the standard wagering completion process.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the spin value and wagering requirement in the offer terms. Free spin winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• tk995 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with or without notice if the promotion is being abused, a technical error has occurred, or for any other legitimate operational reason.
• Players who are self-excluded or have active deposit limits below a bonus's minimum qualifying deposit are not eligible to claim promotional offers during the period those restrictions are active.

tk995 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus at any given time. Seasonal promotions linked to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season are time-limited and will be clearly marked with an expiry date. Players should check the platform for current offers.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on tk995, including sports betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international fixtures), live casino games, slots, and crash games such as those offered by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk995 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after they have been placed and acknowledged by the platform's system, including live sports bets.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or communication failure affecting the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, tk995 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and return stakes. No winnings arising from a platform malfunction will be honoured.
• tk995 reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or restrict access to specific markets for any player at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems or bots, manipulate game outcomes, or collude with other players is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• All casino games on tk995 use certified RNG systems where applicable. Sports betting results are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body — for example, ICC for international cricket and the BPL governing council for BPL matches.

7. Responsible Gaming

tk995 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools to support healthy gambling habits. All players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. The provisions in this section form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on both tk995 and its players.

• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and single-session loss limits at any time via Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Players may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming page or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for their stated duration.
• tk995 will not send promotional communications to any player who has self-excluded or expressly opted out of marketing. Marketing preferences can be managed at any time from account settings.
• tk995 does not offer credit to players. All play must be funded from a player's own account balance. Players must not fund gaming using borrowed money, credit card debt, or funds intended for essential living expenses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk995 platform — including software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the property of tk995 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

The tk995 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of tk995. No licence to use these marks is granted to any player or third party by virtue of using the platform. Players may not use any tk995 trademark, trade name, or content without the prior written consent of tk995.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk995's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tk995 expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss.

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any loss arising from service interruptions, maintenance windows, network outages, or any failure of the platform to be available at any given time.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, match data, or promotional content.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials, including failing to log out on a shared device.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

tk995 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following non-exhaustive circumstances may result in account suspension or termination.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the eligibility requirements, the one-account rule, or the fair play policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during use of the platform.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal activity conducted through or in connection with a tk995 account.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage, including card counting software, arbitrage exploits, or scripted betting patterns.

Upon termination for fair play or fraud reasons, all bonus funds and winnings derived from suspected fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be held pending investigation and returned if the investigation does not substantiate the suspected breach. Players may raise a dispute by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of account closure.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

tk995 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tk995 will notify registered players via their account email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless urgent legal or regulatory compliance reasons require immediate implementation.

Continued use of the tk995 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through tk995's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a detailed description of the complaint. tk995 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Players who remain dissatisfied retain the right to seek resolution through any applicable legal channel available to them.
